Terms & conditions

Booking and payment:

1. Payment for classes is made half-termly, in advance. For children already registered in a class, payment for the next term must be made before the first session of the new half-term to guarantee their place in the class..
2. There are reductions for siblings- the first child pays £5 and any siblings pay £3 per class.
3. If a new child joins a class after the start of any term, fees are calculated pro-rata, that is, according to the number of weeks remaining in that term. The first ‘trial’ session is £5.00 payable on the day. (£3 for siblings)
4. Fees cannot be refunded for any missed classes, nor deducted from the half-termly payment for any future absences within that half-term. Missed classes cannot be made up by attendance at another class.
5. Children’s places in the classes are not transferable- ie: a particular child’s place may not be taken up by another child.

Classes:

1. Please ensure that your mobile phone is switched off during classes.
2. PLEASE DON’T CHAT during the classes! It is distracting for all, and can spoil the enjoyment of the class for both the children and the adults.
3. Parents and carers must stay with their child for the duration of the class. If you need to leave the room for any reason during a class, please take your child with you.
4. Please let me know in advance if you would like to bring a friend to the classes, as places are limited, or if, for any reason, your child no longer requires a place in the class he or she attends.
5. PLEASE JOIN IN WITH THE SINGING!!!
